Our Data Security Compliance
Enterprise-level data storage in a data centre that’s compliant with ISO /IEC 27001: 2005 and 27001 standards. Yes that’s a lot of numbers, but important ones. These credentials ensure high-level security standards are met. Covering both electronic security and the physical security of the servers.
Our Environment
Regular audits including monthly vulnerability scans are undertaken to ensure the environment’s security is constantly maintained. These include anti virus, intrusion prevention, DDOS and web filtering protection - all the important ones and more.
Next-generation firewalls and unified threat management (UTM) provide an extra layer of security against cyber attacks.
Tugger’s data warehouses are audited by third-party security professionals several times a year. They carry out specialist penetration testing and they don’t leave any stone unturned.
Enterprise-level redundancy provides the resilience to withstand multiple server failures. As well as redundancy built in throughout the network stack.
Servers are based in the UK. And you can be 100% assured that your data will never be moved, or replicated outside the UK.

Data is encrypted using industry-standard methods. And this encryption covers your data while it’s in our system, while it arrives and while it leaves.
We have policies and procedures in place for handling security incidents. This is our action plan for notifying customers and logging and investigating all incidents.
