The Tugger® brand.

Everything you need to use our name, logo and header images, along with the few rules that come with them. If something’s missing, just ask.

Use the SVG wherever the format allows. It stays sharp at any size. PNGs are also available at 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 pixels wide in the full download, and there’s a CMYK EPS of the primary logo for print.

The Tugger T mark, a white letter T on a blue tile

The T mark

For avatars and favicons, where a square works and the full logo won’t fit. It’s a blue tile rather than a standalone letter, and it’s never a replacement for the full logo.

Header images

Ready-made headers for articles, newsletters, publications and social profiles. Pick the size that matches where it’s going rather than cropping one to fit.

Use them as they are. Don’t add your own text or logo over the top, don’t crop them, and don’t recolour them. If you need a different size, or one with your own logo on it, ask and we’ll make it.

A few rules

The short version, and it covers most situations.

  • Use the files as supplied. Don’t recreate, redraw or screenshot the logo
  • Don’t stretch, recolour, rotate or add effects
  • Keep the arrow and the data dashes. They’re part of the logo
  • Give it room to breathe. Don’t let your own logo, text or the page edge crowd it
  • Minimum 120px wide on screen, 30mm in print. Below that, use the T mark
  • Don’t lock it up with your own logo as one mark. Side by side, with space between
  • Don’t use it in a way that suggests we’ve endorsed something we haven’t
  • Don’t use our marks as, or as part of, your own business name, logo, product name, app name or domain
  • Don’t use them in a way that suggests you are Tugger, or part of Tugger, or authorised to act for us
  • Don’t register them, or anything confusingly similar, as a trade mark, domain or social account in any country
  • Don’t put them on merchandise or anything offered for sale
  • Don’t use them in anything unlawful or misleading, or in a way likely to damage our reputation
Tugger® is a registered trade mark. Use the symbol on first prominent use, then plain Tugger after that. Write it as Tugger, not TUGGER and not lowercase.

These guidelines are the terms on which we make our marks available. If you’re a Tugger partner, your agreement also applies. We can ask you to stop using our marks at any time, and we’d expect you to.

How to describe us

Copy either of these as they are. If you’re a Tugger partner, your agreement asks you to describe us consistently with material we’ve published. This is that material.

Short

Tugger® brings data from the business systems you already run into one place, and lets you ask questions of it in natural language using AI assistants like Claude.

Longer

Tugger® is a UK-based data platform that connects a growing library of business systems into a single database for each customer. From there, teams can ask questions of their data in natural language using AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, or build reports in Power BI and Tableau. Tugger is ISO 27001 certified.

Four things to get right. Our data refreshes on a schedule so it isn’t live. Don’t promise a connector we haven’t built. Don’t quote a number of connectors, because the library grows. And we don’t ask the AI to do the maths, so calculations happen against structured data and the assistant reports the answer back.

Downloads

Anything not here, or something you’d like to do that these don’t obviously allow? Just ask. We’d far rather answer a question than correct something after it’s published.

More Reasons to Choose Tugger®

Don't just take our word for it.

Tugger has completely streamlined this, automating updates and allowing our staff to access reports daily. It’s been a game-changer for our team and our clients.

I've never encountered something as user-friendly as Tugger – a simple flip of the switch, and it's up and running. I was genuinely impressed. With standard reporting templates right from the start, I gained instant visibility into our individual companies and entities. To be honest, it was quite remarkable.
