Everything reconciles. Nothing adds up.

45 minutes on your data and what you can actually get out of it.
Tugger & Bone is a demo business we built to make a point. 12 people, pet supplies, six systems holding it together. Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Cin7, Shopify and Breathe HR.
Its bank account reconciles to the penny. Every line matches.£73,572 is still missing.
Duncan connects all six through Tugger and works through it with Claude on screen. £14,000 of invoices stranded in a QuickBooks to Xero migration. Two weeks of Shopify sales that never posted. Deals marked closed-won with no order and no invoice behind them.
None of it breaks a bank rec. It only shows up when the systems can be asked one question at once.
What Claude can do with six systems behind it
The second half is the build. Duncan writes a brief and Claude puts a dashboard together, then he refines it out loud until it's right. Every figure links back to the record it came from, so clicking a number opens the invoice in Xero.
From there, a scheduled task that writes a receivables summary into Outlook drafts before 9am every day. Comments inside the dashboard so you can tag a colleague on one overdue invoice. A 60-second animated summary of the year, built with Claude's new motion artifact and exported to video. And a cash flow forecast in Excel that checked Duncan's assumptions and corrected three of them.
Then he takes whatever you want to throw at it. No slides.
Why not just point Claude at your accounts?
Because Claude can only answer from what it can reach. One system at a time gives you one system's answer, and most of the useful questions sit in the gaps between them. Tugger is what puts all six in one place so a question can cross between them.
Can't make this one? The same session runs on Thursday 19 November at 1:00pm GMT for the UK and Europe.
