Everything reconciles. Nothing adds up - Questions Your Systems Can’t Answer Alone
Thursday 19 November, 1:00pm GMT. 45 minutes, free, no slides
Your finance system knows what you invoiced. Your CRM knows what you won. Your stock system knows what shipped.
None of them know when those three disagree.
Which customers owe us money and still have orders coming? Which won deals never turned into an invoice? Which weeks of web sales never reached the ledger? Every one of those needs more than one system to answer, which is why most people end up exporting two spreadsheets and losing an afternoon.
Duncan spends 45 minutes answering them properly. Six systems connected through Tugger, questions asked of all of them at once, and the answers on screen as he goes.
The demo business is Tugger & Bone, 12 people selling pet supplies, running Xero, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Cin7,Shopify and Breathe HR. It looks healthy. Its books balance. Underneath, a migration left invoices behind, an integration quietly stopped firing for a fortnight, and the same customer exists twice under slightly different names, splitting their numbers in half.
You'll also see what Claude does with it once the systems are connected. A dashboard built from a written brief and refined by conversation rather than by ticket. Figures that click through to the actual record behind them. A receivables summary that writes itself into your drafts every morning on a schedule. Comments inside the dashboard so you can tag a colleague on one overdue invoice. And a 60-second animated summary of the year built with Claude's new motion artifact, which is about a month old.
Then bring your own question. The best one last time was from someone who hadn't planned to ask anything.
What you need in place to ask questions like these
One connected source, and enough context that the answer means something. Every business runs its software slightly differently, so part of the session is how you tell an AI assistant what your version of "customer" or" revenue" actually means. Get that right and the answers stop being generic.
We are running this same session on 3 November for the Americas and Asia Pacific. This is the same material at a UK-friendly time.
